Parking:

  • Have a car? - Please select self drive to Shotover Jet River Base- 3 Arthurs Point Road, Arthurs Point, Queenstown 9371 as your pickup location. FREE public car parking is available at the Shotover Jet River base . We will pick you up from the bus shelter there, please look for a blue and white Swing van. There is no free parking near our shop in town.

Please Note:

  • Cancellation policy - 24-hour cancellation/amendment policy applies, A full refund will be given with at least 24 hours notice from trip time.
  • Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult either swinging or spectating.
  • The Photo and Video package is exclusive to the Shotover Canyon Swing experience. Photos and Videos of your Jet experience will be available to purchase directly from them following your boat ride.

Child Tandems:

  • Child Combo can be combined with a Solo Combo to make the booking into a Tandem Combo with an adult, just let us know on the day
  • If two children would like to Swing together as a Tandem, select 2 Child Combos and let us know when you arrive.
